Richard, we had so many fun times playing cricket, football, rounders, badminton, cards, and catching giant fish. We were there for each other when our parents were not well. We will miss you and the memories we shared will always be with us. Tracy, Matthew (cousins).

Whilst a young backpacker travelling through England I got to spend some time with Richard when I visited my great Aunt Pauline. He was kind, gentle and very caring towards his parents and auntie Eileen and Uncle Dick. I’m sorry for his early passing and will remember him with fondness.

Richard’s passing is very sad and hard to fathom being so young and leading a healthy life. He was kind, dependable and had a strong sense of family. Richard and cared for his grandparents, parents and later on he cared for Aunty Eileen. RIP Richard
